The cottages at Madison Arm Resort are modern and private. They are located a bit away from the main RV park. The Cottages are made by Cavco Industries, who won the California Travel Parks Association (CTPA) supplier of the year.  These units sleep 6 with one full size bed, and four built in bunks. A full size kitchen, pleasant living and dining room, with a tub/shower in the bathroom make this a great family vacation setting.

Kitchens come equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and dish towels.  The setting is quiet and peaceful and has a good view of the lake.

Linens and towels are provided. There is no daily maid service.

The site perimeter is large enough to include enough parking space for 1-2 vehicles. Additional passenger vehicles (excluding RVs) may be parked in our overflow & boat trailer parking areas free of charge. Boat slips are available in our marina for an additional charge; boat trailer parking is complimentary.

Fires are allowed in fire pits only. We are located in the Gallatin National Forest, and foraging for firewood is not permitted by law, nor is the importation of wood from outside Gallatin County borders. However, we do sell firewood in our store or online.

The maximum number of people allowed is 6. Base rate includes accommodations for 2 people, and each additional person over 2 years old is $15 more per night.

Showers & toilets are provided, however, we do not provide body soap and shampoo in the showers.
